To register an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or email address, and any other information requested during the registration process. You agree to promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.

Each individual may hold only one (1) active ex777 account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. ex777 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to withhold any balances pending investigation where multiple accounts are identified.

The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on ex777: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) employees, contractors, or agents of ex777 or its affiliates; (c) persons who have been self-excluded from the Platform; (d) persons who have been barred from gaming by a competent authority; and (e) persons acting on behalf of any of the foregoing.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ex777 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ex777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify ex777 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

ex777 is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

You may request closure of your ex777 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

ex777 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. Bank transfer withdrawals may take two (2) to five (5) business days depending on the receiving institution. ex777 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal.

All transactions on the ex777 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the Player.

ex777 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations in the Philippines. ex777 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities and to withhold funds pending investigation where there are reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering or other financial crime.

All bets and wagers placed on ex777 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market, as displayed within the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game or market.

ex777 reserves the right to void any bet or wager that was placed in error, that resulted from a technical malfunction, or that was placed in breach of these Terms. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or bet, the records maintained by ex777's systems shall be the definitive reference, subject to any applicable regulatory review.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets and are displayed within the Platform. ex777 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice.

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional rewards offered by ex777 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution rates, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits. These specific terms are communicated at the time each promotion is offered and form part of these Terms.

Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Real-money funds deposited into your account are used before bonus funds. ex777 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that the bonus was claimed in bad faith or in breach of these Terms.

ex777 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional reward where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated software to exploit promotional offers, or colluding with other players to manipulate promotional outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ex777 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

1. Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person;
2. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification;
3. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
4. Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature;
5. Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or fraudulent activity;
6. Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity;
7. Harassing, threatening, or abusing ex777 staff or other players;
8. Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
9. Allowing a minor (person under 21 years of age) to use your account.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ex777.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ex777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if ex777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ex777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ex777 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ex777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ex777 shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your device due to your use of the Platform.

ex777 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at ex777.org/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ex777 implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and ex777 cannot guarantee absolute security.

Upon termination for cause, ex777 may withhold any balance in your account pending investigation.

You may close your account at any time by contacting ex777 support via live chat. Closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and ex777, you agree to first contact ex777's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the competent courts of the Philippines.
